How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The carpet cleaning was fine. We are pleased with that. The gentleman who served us was extremely polite and helpful. Thank you.

It is the tile cleaning that appears to appears to have done nothing. Aside from no noticeable difference in grout, the actual tile didn't even seem to be much cleaner. There were spots that I could clean with a paper towel that didn't come up.

What could we do to improve?

The front line greeters need to be better trained or at least pick folks that like that kind of thing. The lady I dealt with had no personality. Also the communication was very poor the first attempt. I was told between 3:30-5:30 on Friday. I called at 5 and the guy said he was finishing at the previous house and would be there soon. I said we had things to do that night and he needed to be there by 5:30. I never heard anything else until I got a text at 6:15 saying it would be 45 minutes. I called the number and cancelled it since we were already gone. 7 pm is NOT acceptable. I did get it rescheduled and the service was fine but your customer service leaves a BAD taste. I will keep using you guys as you do a great job, but next time I hope for a better experience.

Pleased with the job except there are some strange streaks in some areas. Your employee was very nice, but he left a piece of equipment in my yard. and never came back to get it.

I realize that problems occur with any product or service, but since I had to contact your company to correct a situation within 24 hours I feel that an rating of 8 is appropriate.

I do appreciate that your company reacted so quickly to "fix" the problem, however my wife is still a bit concerned with the fact that the carpet and the padding was very wet for the extended time. I will continue to monitor the situation and will, if need be contact your company if there appears to be any further difficulties.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I originally scheduled for a 10-12 time slot, and this time was confirmed via phone call. A couple of days before the cleaning, I received a text, confirming an 8-10 time slot, which I could not do. I replied that I had confirmed a 10-12 arrival time, and the reply was that that time slot had been filled and was no longer available. So, we agreed on a 3-5 time for arrival. However, on Saturday, at promptly 12 pm, guess who shows up, and we were completely not ready, as we were preparing for a 3 pm arrival. We had to rush around and move our furniture, pile stuff everywhere... it was a mess. The service technician was delightful and worked quickly, and we were initially pleased with the results. However, 2 days after the service, several stains have re-appeared. These were not dark, deep stains originally - mainly light colored surface stains. It was just a LOT of trouble, and definitely not worth $300 to still have stains on the carpet.

Great technician! Very considerate and knowledgeable. Love the fact that Zerorez doesn't take long for the carpet or furniture to dry and everything smells to good after they finish.

I was very disappointed in the time it took for the carpets to thoroughly dry. The technician came at noon, and was on his way by 12:50. I didn't touch the carpets until 5:00 pm. They felt pretty wet to the touch. I called and expressed my concern, and the woman said drying times vary. I've had zerorez clean the carpets before and don't recall they carpets still wet so long afterward. I turned both ceiling fans on, and still at 9:00 pm they were wet enough to feel when stepping on the carpet. There were still areas not dry at 4:00 am when I got up to let the dog outside. I couldn't feel any areas that weren't dry at 7:00 am. The thought of inviting zerorez back in the future is doubtful.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Confusion for about half hour on your special charge for Saturday December 1st. I had talked with Martin earlier in the week about the fifty dollar discount for booking for Saturday Dec.1st. When the technician arrived he quoted me a higher price and then for half hour talked on the phone with someone or several people in the office trying to set the discount price. I told him to forget it and I was through and frustrated with the entire process. This should have never happened. Then he loaded up his truck after cleaning the carpets. If I hadn't told him and showed him on my cell phone he was to clean the 100 feet of tile in my kitchen according to the special with no charge it wouldn't have happened. He said, I'm glad you told me. He did a nice job cleaning the tile, however he should have been aware of what the special was all about. I'm so glad I documented my call on the day I booked with Martin because Joe didn't know. The carpets are clean and look lovely and Joe did a good job, but the time wasted getting the financial charge was a confusing mess. As a customer I shouldn't have to prove the cost of the work to be done at the time of the service and that's why I'm dissatisfied. This is efficiency and good customer service!
