Honestly carpet still looks dirty... it also smells... I need to hire another company to come out and re clean them...

Had to wipe up water drips left throughout the house. Also had to pat dry some water on the carpets. Don't think much was done on the tile work we had done in the shower. and he didn't put out as much protective gear for the corners as we've had in the past. Attention to detail was lacking compared to what we've had in the past.

Most especially the smell afterwards of the cleaner used

Nailing down a date for fast service was impossible because of the Thanksgiving holiday but when the person arrived he was intelligent, personable, energetic and very successful cleaning the rugs. I was quite pleased. It wasn't inexpensive but it was good.

Great job, fist time using Zeroez and it is everything you hear about them on there ads and I highly recommend them.

My experience last week was probably my least favorite with Zerorez. Even though the job was satisfactory, it fell below the Zerorez standard. Randy arrived and only had enough water in the truck for the tile work. We were his first appointment for the day and whoever used the truck the night before left it a mess and did not prepare it for the next day. He had to leave our house, and return again an hour later. This was a great time delay for us. I'm sure he was frustrated also. He said we would be getting two gift certificates for steak dinners. In the past, these gift cards have never arrived. I'll see if they arrive this time.

Cleaned our floors very well & the tech was amazing, he had a great personality, explained the process of what he was doing, he took pride in his work. We were very pleased with that young man and his work.

Jones was very professional and courteous. My issue was with the tile cleaning. The water hose (with black tape on it) broke. Water went everywhere in the breakfast nook and kitchen. It was a huge mess to clean up.

I called to schedule a cleaning. I was able to get an appointment 2 days out. Office called when their rep was on the way. Technician (Ricky) was on time,very friendly & very professional. We walked though the house & addressed the problem areas. Ricky made a few suggestions. I accepted a couple of them based on condition of carpet. There were no high pressure sales tactics to upgrade this or that. He completed the job quicker than I thought. It is amazing how much better the results are with proper equipment. ;) Overall the service turned out better than I anticipated. No harsh chemicals or smells during or after the job. I would highly recommend Zerorez.

They do not have all of the chemicals, they’re reasonably priced, and the employees are friendly and helpful.
