It really cleans the carpet and it stays clean much longer than with other services. Paul is a great guy and makes extra effort to be inobtrusive and neat which is very much appreciated.

Helpful technician, great booking process.
The technician was great and I applaud his hard work ... but I wasn’t totally pleased with how the cleaning method did not clean 3 spots very well, and I couldn’t notice until a day later when the carpet had dried.
Our service provider was excellent, but new spots emerged where they were not visible before. Now aware not to expect too much.
The technician was professional, courteous, and prompt. I could tell he cares about his job and the quality of work he does. My carpets look even better than I thought they could again!

We like the fact that you use your "special HOT water" cleaning process which gets most of the dirt and grim out of our carpets.
The price & the fact of not using chemicals.
When I've tried to use my Kirby carpet cleaning attachment, the shampoo made it hard to breathe. I had to use my inhaler. I tried another carpet cleaning company once, and the same thing happened. I had to open the windows because of the cleaning product used. I thought I would try Zerorez. I had NO breathing issues!
