Get the carpet drier before you leave.
On time. Very nice. Great job on the carpets and removed stains.
Tech was very conscientious and tried to do a very good job. He seemed to know what he was doing. We had a couple tough areas. So far they seem to be staying clean. He also gave us tips on best way to remove spots and to call when we had a bad stain to come up, even if it wasn't the whole room.
YA'LL WERE GOING TO COME BACK REGARDING THE URINE IN THE HIDES THAT YOU CLEANED. NO ONE HAS REACHED OUT. PLEASE CALL FOR AN APPT.
I like the product. The carpet was chean afterwards, smelled nice, dryed quick and wasn't crunchy when walking on it.

We had an excellent technician, Boston. He made sure to explain our options n answer any questions. He took his time and did an excellent job. Our carpets look amazing n smell good too. I like that you don’t put a lot harsh chemicals on my carpet. In future we will continue to call Zerorez and ask for Boston!

I was told my time window was 3:00-5:00. The next day, I got a call saying it was 3:30-5:30. I was working 70 miles away at 1:15-1:30 when I got a call saying they were on the way. Told her I could not be there in 30 minutes, that I had things I needed to finish and would need at least 90 minutes to get there.
20 minutes later, she called me again to say someone would be there in 30 minutes (approx 2:30). Told her 3:00 was the earliest I could be there as I had JUST stated. I arrived at 3:00 and did not hear another thing until 5:00. I cut my work day short and wasted 2 hours of my day because of poor communication.
When the tech arrived, he was nice and professional and did a good job in a timely manner.
The best thing is not chemicals. My white carpets look great once you're finished. All the guys that clean the rugs have bee very professional and polite.
The price I was quoted on the phone was no where near what I was charged.

The price increase from $99 for 3 rooms + 2 tiled areas has made me rethink using Zerorez, when other carpet cleaning companies are still under $100 for cleaning 3 areas.
This is the second time you've cleaned the carpets at my home when spots that appeared to be cleaned, re-appeared after the carpet dried. Although you come back for no charge, it is still a nuisance for me to have to go through re-scheduling, being at home waiting for the technician, having to leave those areas unused for 6-8 hours while they dry, etc.
The last technician was not as well trained as previous ones. This one did not put on the little "footie protectors" until I saw him tracking in debris from outside, and mentioned it to him. He also did not use "corner protectors" at the various corners of my home where he had to drag the hoses to get to the various rooms of my home. He also did not provide plastic carpet protectors to go under my living room coffee table until I asked him to. It seemed that he hadn't been doing this for very long, and did not receive adequate training.
The young men are very courteous, friendly , polite, and do a very good job on cleaning the carpet.
Done on time and carpets look great. You equipment needs work. A hose wouldn’t connect and it delayed things.
