Arrived a little late but I was kept in the loop on when he would be there so no problem. Nice associate - he did a good job cleaning some really old and stained carpet. Was very thorough. Did a walk-through before and after, and then he went back and treated some stubborn stains. Thought the price was reasonable for doing such a good job.
I was supposed to receive a restaurant gift card (as listed in the ad and confirmed over the phone)..... never received.

The men that came out and did my carpet were very nice and friendly. My carpet looks brand new!! The carpet is nine years old. Over all an excellent job.

Technician performing the duct cleaning was very friendly, professional, and thorough. It is important for the consumer to know exactly what affects cost such as returns, vents, etc. Turned-out a bit pricier than what I budgeted but glad it is done.

Had an area where a sick pet had accidents. Due to the carpet being old, decided to have it cleaned and deodorized and not deep clean to the pad. It still smells as bad as it did before. Had a reappearance of a pet stain treated a year ago. Asked for the area to be retreated and although improved, is still there.
This is the first time that I have really been disappointed.

After a company we rented tables and chairs from soiled our white carpet, Zerorez came out the next day to clean the soiled areas and now the carpet looks great. Now that is service!

My carpet was as dirty 6 hours after it was cleaned as it was before he started.
The tech seemed to be new and confused, unsure and very inexperienced. Perhaps he was not ready to be cleaning alone.
I'm not sure how you can make it right. I work a full time job and do not have the time, ability or energy to move ALL my furnature again.
Perhaps you could bring a crew to move my furnature and clean my carpets again.
However, Christmas is in 6 day and I will have more than 50 friends and family members looking at my dirty carpets. I will be sure fo tell them what an awful job Zerorez did on my carpets .
