I don't expect miracles, my carpet is pretty old. Many spots did go away, the really bad ones are at least lighter. What I do not like is not having the opportunity of flexible pricing. When I only have one room and a traffic pattern in another room, (which required no furniture moving) that the hallway is charged by the measurement instead of being a trade off for a third room.

The man was very nice, but the carpet is still dirty. The advertisement was for 3 rooms and 100 sq feet of tile. No mention of tile was made. Very disappointed in the quality of the carpet cleaning, it did not look any different after it dried.
I love how there is no residue - the carpets look, smell and feel clean.

Do a better job cleaning than anyone else I have ever used with a minimum of damp carpet. The technician was friendly, respectful and, knowledgeable.
Left stains behind and bill was higher than expected.
There was a food stain (blueberry smoothie) that was only 6 days old. We had removed a majority of the stain, but were hoping that Zerorez would help remove the remaining. The technician clearly explained why the stain couldn't be removed and was very professional. However we were still a bit disappointed that the cleaning process couldn't help. We are still glad that we chose Zerorez, because we desire to limit chemicals in our home.

Beast products that remove stains like no other!
That hot water is used, that it contains orange peel fragrance, that the cleaning is obvious and visible, that gum is removed, that employee, in this case, Randy - all 6.4 feet of him! - did excellent work, he was cordial, took his time. I will use ZEROREZ AGAIN AND AGAIN. My 102 year old father's room needs frequent cleaning. In about a month I'll get you to clean my library/tv/piano room along with a smaller dining/living room - YEA for Zerorez since I discovered you on a 101.1 FM advertisement!

The technician was very thorough and explained every step in the process, the end quality was so good. The carpet was soft and very clean with no residue. I have used Zerorez several times and have always been satisfied with the result. The cost is reasonable and the gift card is a wonderful perk. They don't make you wait around all day, they are able to narrow down your appointment time and then call you ahead of time so you are prepared.

Paul was the technician who came to our home. He was friendly, informative and did an excellent job cleaning and removing pet ofor our guest bedroom carpet. He told me about some upgraded options and demonstrated a special sealant but did not pressure me when I declined the options. The invoice amount was exactly as I expected; no surprises. Thankful for a great experience and would highly recommend.

My carpet in the house is the original carpet (14years old). The one in the computer room was the worse which I was planning on replacing, but after he cleaned it, it looks like new. No need to replace it now. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend you.
