Excellent service all around. We were contacted several times, including 30 minutes before the service, to make sure we were ready. The technician was very professional and had us inspect his work before he asked for payment. He offered to go over the carpet another time if we weren’t happy, but it was unnecessary. The carpet looked like new and the entire job took right around an hour, which was perfect. He also explained all of the charges before he began. I’ll only use Zerorez from now on.

I have a young couple that have three small children and need services but are on an extremely tight budget. They have 3 bedrooms of carpet (10xx11, 14x11, 10 x 10) Kitchen 12x15 ceramic tile and LR 13 x 14, DR 10 x 13, laminate Last name removed. Is there anyway that Zerorez could do a complimentary cleaning for them? They live in Kennedale.
