The best carpet cleaning company in the DFW area!
Our serviceman Chris was superb. Polite and timely. He also explained each step before starting and during the cleaning process. Our carpets have not looked this good since moving in even though other professional services have been used. Highly recommended and to be commended.

Sorry that I don't remember the professional young man who cleaned my carpets on 11/2, but I do want to recommend him. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He must have paid particular attention to one spot that has been toward the edge of the baseboard, and has been there for years (hidden under some drapes). That spot is very dimminshed now, and I really appreciate his efforts. I can tell a real difference! I thought there was no hope of ever removing even some of that stain! Thanks so much!

The job was to clean a tile floor in the kitchen and small bath. After measurements were made the price was much too high to do the larger bath room and much higher than the approximate price quoted over the phone using my estimate of the room sizes. The tile cleaning was okay but the grout ended up as a hit and miss situation which was not satisfactory to my wife or me. The technician tried and I suppose he did as good as he could in cleaning the grout but he apparently could not completely get it clean, so some is clean and some is not so it does not look good at all. The job ended up costing too much just for the kitchen and small bath and I would not use the company again. Name removed
Both of the Technicians worked hard and cleaned the carpet well beyond what we were expecting. Very pleased with the Service. We will use your service again.

Clean carpets and floors and excellent service representatives.
At first I thought the tech did a superb job, but after he left I noticed I don't have the new carpet smell like before, I don't think the water was not hot enough, and this time it took over night before carpet became dry and tech came in morning. I also noticed carpet now looks matted, the carpet fibers don't bounce back up like before. Very disappointing experience this time around compared to previous works by Zerorez.

Had some spots that no one could get out and done pet odor in the iad. Alberto suggested the “Flaah” process which pulled urine smell not just from the carpet, but the pad too! Oh, andcthd. pits are gone too! Wonderful job!!

I am blown away by this latest technology and how my air became instantly clean like in the mountains or the ocean ~ I could breath better with no more coughing ~ totally satisfied with the quality of the product and the technicians who took great care doing a superb job in every way ~ also polite and professional ~ and I was blown away how well they are trained to also inform you in every aspect and answered all my questions about my new Health Way Super Filter ~ taking time and caring.
