Excellent service - our tile floors look almost brand new
This is the 2nd year in a row that we scheduled your services and yet the schedule is not adhered to. This year we were scheduled from 3:30 to 5:30. We were uninformed until I initiated a call at 5:25 to determine what was the status of the cleaner. That is when I was informed that he could be coming as late as 6:00 PM.
Because we already had a commitment at 6, we cancelled the appointment. I was told that to reschedule an appointment, the only remaining day was the day before Thanksgiving. I then requested that someone should get back to us the next day to reschedule an appointment, because that was unacceptable.
At 10:00 AM the next day, I initiated a call, not your representative, to reschedule.
The person then looked at our reservation and rescheduled our appointment for the same day at 1:00 PM. Your employee arrived early and everything was done professionally.
We appreciate your company, but you need to stay on top of your schedules so you do not inconvenience your customers like this. Thank you, Name removed
They use a special machine to brush my carpet before they cleaned it. It pull things out that they could’ve not gotten out with the wond. The carpet was left completely clean and no residue. And it smells great without putting a deodorizer on it . Finley my technician did a fantastic job and was extremely kind and hard-working.
Heavy traffinc spots on my rug really were not cleaned any better than before the treatment.
There is no residue left behind.

The tech was here fir less than 30 minutes and the carpets are not any cleaner.

Fast friendly service, very good job
The cost for pet treatment was exorbitant. The tech little success removing any of the stains in the carpet.
I tech was friendly and courteous but I came away feeling like the expense for the pet treatment was too much. It more than doubled the cost of the carpet cleaning.

The results!
Our capet had a terrible dog smell. We had a friend come and clean the carpet but the smell got worse. We sprayed Odoban on it, which helped, and then Zerorez came out. The carpet is OK now.
