I felt that the last person here was very rushed and did not do a thorough job. He seemed more interested in selling us additional expensive products. I would not recommend him, especially compared to the first technician that came out a few months ago.

No chemicals

The first tech that was sent was in a hurry.had to call back for another tech to complete the job. I still didn't have the house completely done on the second visit due to my schedule..

There was a small dog urine spot in one bedroom that was unaffected by the cleaning. We have Pet protect Tuftex carpet and should have cleaned extremely easy. Still a stain and smell. I also had to have the technician extract again in all the rooms as the carpet was sopping wet. After he extracted an additional pass it was great. But had I not had him do that our carpet and backing would have been soggy for several days which is not good as that would void any warranty for the carpet.

The technician was knowledgeable, informative, courteous, quick, and did a great job. He made sure we were satisfied before he left. Dealing with all companies should be so pleasant!

stain removal and your pet cleaner/deodorizer needs improvement but I do love how your products don't leave residue and do not smell!

I really appreciate the representatives explaining the process to me before beginning work. Also they walk through the house and ask questions about my expectations. They are thorough, careful of my property, and they clean up before they leave.

I was compelled to make an appointment online. I was never contacted after making the appointment. After about two days I called and confirmed my appointment. I also confirmed the services I requested, (CARPET, TILE, AND HARDWOOD FLOORS) I took a day off work to accomplish this work. When the Tech arrived to complete the services I was told that the appointment was for only the carpets. When I called to raise my concerns, I was told that it was my mistake that I made the appointment online, that I should have made the appointment in person. Then they asked if I would like to reschedule and take another day off work. The entire experience has set me up to make sure everyone I know will never use your services for as long as I live.

The Tech was very detail and explained the process very well.

If I had known that no furniture would be moved I would have removed small items before your technician arrived. He did a good job but I was not there to move things

Darryl Boston was AMAZING! He provided OUTSTANDING customer service. He fully explained the process, we were educated about all the dirt that was coming out, saw the demo of how the treated carpet repels food, and best of all...enjoyed his warm and friendly personality. You are fortunate to have a technician that has such attention to detail, cares about the quality of his work and engages with his customers.

The technician was very nice and a hard worker. We had a lot of pet stains to deal with. He gave us a quote before he did the work and then he worked miracles! Everything look wonderful.

I paid extra for the pet treatment and it smells worse than before.

First of all, the technician arrived 1 1/2 hours AFTER the scheduled time of 1-3 PM. Not only did he arrive late, he had the audacity to have a bad attitude. He was very defensive and said it wasn't his fault that he was late. He had to travel all the way from Forney and he wasn't going to rush to finish up one customer just to get to another one.

I asked customer service what would they be willing to do to compensate me for my time. I was told they could either clean a hallway or a small closet. I explained that my floors were hardwood and the closet floor was filled in preparation of the carpet cleaning. Then, I was offered a $50.00 gift certificate to a steak restaurant, well...we do not eat beef.

So, I asked if they would be willing to at least clean two medium size area rugs and the customer service rep told me no. When I asked why not. She then said she would need to ask the technician, as that would be his call to make. After having spoken with them, he said no as well.

At this, I told them that I would not be using their services again, nor will the people that I referred. Customer service is essential. It can either make or break your business. I was terribly disappointed with both Zerorez customer service and the technician that came to clean our carpets.
