I was out of town when you came to my property to clean vents. I came home the next day and “yes” I nit picked and found dust still in vents. I opened the attic unit and inside the filter opening there is dust that was left because it’s clearly hard to reach(it’s just out of reach when I try to get in there but is easy to spot. We had y’all come out since we’ve heard good things but that was a lot of money we paid to have our ac and vents cleaned to still find dust anywhere in the system. The previous owners of the property were smokers and it was causing issues with my eldest son who has a severe citrus allergy which can and has been set off by dusts and pollens. We don’t smoke so getting the house clean is a must. I guess I was expecting perfection for the price we paid.

1) I'VE KNOWN THIS FOR SOME TIME BUT YOUR ADVERTISING IS A PURE COME ON. THE 119.00 ADVERTISED PRICE IS NOT EVEN CLOSE. I TAKE EXCEPTION TO THIS TYPE OF ADVERTISING AND WOULD TELL ANYONE ASKING ABOUT YOUR PRICING THE FACTS.

2) YOU SAY YOU ONLY USE WATER AND THAT MAY BE SO FOR MOST INSTANCES. THE FIRST TIME MY CARPET WAS CLEANED BY ZEROREZ I WAS VERY SATISFIED. THIS TIME WHEN I WALK ACROSS THE CARPET IN BARE FEET I FEEL A CRUST ON THE SURFACE OF THE CARPET. IT'S A RESIDUE OF SOMETHING USED. FOR WHAT I PAID I EXPECT ZEROREZ AS YOUR NAME IMPLIES.

3) IT'S THE WAY YOU PRESENT YOURSELF. I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU BUT ONLY AFTER I CLARIFIED HOW YOU'VE DONE BUSINESS WITH ME, LESS THAN TRUTHFUL IN YOUR ADVERTISING.

4) WILL I USE YOU AGAIN, I'M NOT TOO SURE AT THIS POINT.

Within minutes of being here (before he even started) Joe asked to use my bathroom. He spent a lot of time in there with multiple flushes. Went in after he left and there was residual diarrhea in toilet. If he was sick, he should have stopped at one of the many places he passed on the way to my house. Disgusting. Your company owes me a cleaning fee.
He spent only 15-20 minutes cleaning my three bedrooms. He walked around my house in his old shoes with no shoe covers. Some of the stains on my carpet came out and some didn't. I think he should have spent more time trying. He spent almost as much time in my bathroom as he did cleaning. He was also about to leave before I pointed out that he was leaving water dripping down each stair on my spiral staircase and the front entry rug. He knew I was unhappy so quickly cleaned my front area rug due to his water drops. I would never have your company back. My carpets still have stains and now I need to clean my wood floors and bathroom that he used.

Great people and great job on all the products I have used. From cleaning my vents to carpet and tile cleaning, the job is very thorough and well done with no mess left for me to deal with.

Erick, the Air Duct technician went above and beyond to evaluate, discuss, and then do the recommended work. He noticed an issue we were having with our thermostat that was in conjunction with the air flow ability. Pointed out a pipe in the master bedroom that was connected. Helped clear it out of gunk. Erick was very professional, courteous, and helpful. I highly recommend the service! We are breathing better and have much less noticeable dust. Thank you Zerorez!
