Pet upcharges caught me by surprise and even though Rep was a nice person but I was not pleased with the result of the cleaning.

The technician was very personable and thorough and if I had a question--or wanted him to check something out--he was very patient.
We DID have to have him come back--but honestly--our carpet was so dirty--it was hard to tell there was a weird spot when it was still wet.

The only complaint that I have is that every time one of the techs comes out - he tries to sell me something that I First name removed't want. I suspect that they are paid on commission and I am not opposed to that. I can tell them no.

The tech had to come back twice and I never received my gift cards.

They were on time. The representative conducted himself in a professional manner. The company did not use any harsh chemicals on my carpets or tile floors.

Jalen was professional yet friendly. He knew his product but didn’t push for “add insult” to my service.

Quick drying and deep clean

The tech (Jaylon) was personable and did a good job. The product had a nice aroma as well. My 8-year old recliner looks better too as does the carpet.

Torrence with Zerorez came to our house to clean our carpeted rooms and our sofa. Our house is over 10 years old and I’m positive the previous owners didn’t take care of the home, including tons of stains on the carpet. The stubborn stains came out, including ones that I had no idea where in God’s green earth they were even from. I even had to pick up my child from school while he was in the home, and I know some people are uneasy leaving strangers in their home, but Torrence is trustworthy and very professional. It’s comforting know you have a person of integrity in your home who also provides excellent service. I also LOVE that we were able to avoid chemicals to get our home cleaned. Without hesitance, I would feel confident to use them in the future and I highly recommend them to friends and family. (And that’s saying a lot because I have high standards, 😂)

Suggestion: Sell small spray bottles that remove stubborn stains so customers can help keep their carpets clean or remove stains that are discovered after service is completed.

The carper felt and smell clean with no chemical smell.

Supposed to be resin free. .no chemical aftermath and it does have something still on the carpet after cleaning.. took a long time to dry which wasn't expected either. .tech was nice guy though.
