After making our carpets worse, it took two more visits to come and correct the damage your company did. And when I asked for a refund of service for our time it took our ofnour day to make these two additional appointments (one of which his Dad missed a baseball game) all that was then offered was $50 off our next service and a gift card to a steal house 30 miles away. That’s all we get for paying y’all $400 and having to make 2 additional appointment. Those items should have been offered long before I requested a partial refund. We have spend a lot of money with your company and that’s all you offer for providing subpar service. My word of mouth is much more powerful then this.

I love the fact that no harsh chemicals are used. Tyler did a great job and was very quick. He even arrived earlier than scheduled which was appreciated. The carpet throughout our home look very good once cleaned.
Unfortunately, he must have misunderstood when I directed him where to park the van with the equipment used for cleaning. Upon attempting to leave our home, the vehicle became stuck in our front yard. There are deep ruts where the front and rear tires were stuck as he attempted to leave the front yard.
A tow truck was called and had to drive across the front yard in order to reach the van. Now the front yard is a bit of a mess.

Your phone representative gave me an estimate of $189 to clean to bedrooms and one walk-in-closet and staircase. I told her about the additional rugs on the wood floors and she told me those would be measured and I would be given a price. The technician arrived past the two-hour window I requested so I had to leave to go back to work before he was finished. He measured all of the rugs but did not give me a total. I had to leave for work. I left my credit card with my 12-year-old son to pay him.
The cost was $1,092.00!!!!!!! I could have purchased all new rugs for half this price. With a bill like that, the technician should have called me with the quote for me to authorize such a huge price tag, which I would not have. I would have just had the bedrooms, closet, and staircase cleaned and thrown out the rugs. We were having to clean because our dog has Ringworm.
I will NEVER use this company again unless they work to refund some of the cost to me.

Cost extremely high for what was done, more than double original quote though I told rep we had large dogs. Though I paid for the recommended pet cleaning with guarantee, I got paperwork stating I declined and no guarantee. When I called about it they said they would resend and still sent paperwork stating I declined recommended pet treatment and no guarantee.
