My actual cost was 4x what I initially Thought it would be. I had no idea that 3 rooms would require EIGHT gallons of pet treatment. The floors look good, and I approved the additional cost, but I probably would have shopped around had I known it would be $800 to clean the carpets in 3 rooms.

If this was my first time with you I wouldn't have you again. My first time with you the operator was excellent...he told me about the process you use and got out a difficult spot. This time I had asked for the three room special, this guy did two because that is what I asked for but he was there only 25 minutes at the most. That's with bringing hoses in, hooking up and doing two rooms. If he was supposed to move any furniture he didn't. Always before they cleaned around chairs and put them on styrofoam, I don't think this guy moved anything in that room. Then he charged me $60 for a pet cleaning that I asked for and he was up there at the most 10 minutes. Nice enough guy but I don't think he spent enough time and I don't think I'm really happy with my master flooring that he did.

The lady who answered the phone was not very personal, professional or customer service oriented. She said I would receive an email confirmation of the appt and I never did. My email address was never confirmed so it was incorrect. Friday I called and reconfirmed Friday the appt was for Monday 1-3. Then a technician shows up at more door step @ 11;30 wanting to clean my carpet. Evidently you all called my work # and not my cell for my 30 minute window because I was on my cell. Anyway I told that gentleman to come back at 1. Another showed up. Still no phone call because you are calling my work ?!? He was wonderful. Very detailed and explained everything he was doing. He talked about the process and recommendations. I would have given you a 10 except your up front customer service sucked.

Quality work, kept us notified about the arrival time, and a very polite and hard working technician.

We have always liked Zerorez. They do a great job every time. Your employee Anthony was a sweet heart. He did a wonderful job.

I had 2 gallon of the pet treatment and I still smell urine. My carpet was really damaged with dog urine. If I had been told that it might not get all of smell out, I would not have spent the money. I could have replaced the carpet for less money than I spent.

Thanks so much for doing this on short notice. The guy who did it was very courteous, informative and personable. I appreciate all his hard work.
