Clean w/o any chemicals. You are usually able to remove any stains or spots. The techs are very polite and professional. I tell everyone I know to use your service.

The tech said it would be $60 for a topical cleaner. After he finished he said it was $60 a room and added 130 to the bill!

ZeroRez always does a great job and the technicians are very professional.
The technician was great!!! Very kind, pleasant, and caring. There were a few spots that may have needed extra cleaning technique, very few. The fact that age of carpet comes into play may have been why he did not suggest though.
He did all in a timely and neat manner and I appreciated the offer on Fiber Protectant which was easier to decide on because all rooms were included for $60.00 rather than $30.00 per room...
I guess the one thing that I would question would be the cleaning being done with only water??? All was dry though within the four hour time frame, which worked well for us since two of us left for the afternoon & my husband could stay in one of the rooms we did not have cleaned.

Good service and quality of work
Not only was the technician who came out VERY knowledgable about the equipment used to clean our house, he also made us feel very comfortable about the products used. He took the time to talk to us about several different options that would all greatly improve the condition of our carpet, but at no point did we feel pressured to purchase more or upgrade the products. I just can't say enough positive things about our technician and our home looks great and smells great! Thank you!

Wasnt too effective in removing stains. The technician was professional but there was quite a bit of water dripped all down our wooden staircase.

I thought the technician Ricardo was very thorough and professional. He explained everything and was very diligent.
We were told 100 square feet of free tile cleaning. Rep could not take the stains out from the bathroom and did not clean 100 square feet saying bathroom is more expensive so tried to remove stain in just that 1 square feet area.
There were some stains on the stairs that did clean and the rep said it is $30 more to get them all out.
I told him to put thermocol under the table and side tables but he did not do it.
I was not satisfied with the quality and attitude.
If there were hidden charges client should be told in advance so no surprises come.
Rick was very nice and polite and did a great job cleaning our carpets and answering all our questions. We will definitely use Zerorez again!!!
