The tech who cleaned my carpets was fantastic! He was thorough, professional and wanted to be sure I was happy. He's a huge asset to your company!
The quote more than doubled once the tech was onsite. Paid extra for services that were supposed to fix the problem, yet it’s still there.

The scheduling system was easy to use and many times/dates were available. I received a reminder call the day before as well as the morning of. The technician arrived during the scheduled appointment window and, most importantly, the carpet looks great! The estimate I received when I scheduled the appointment online was very close to the actual invoice I was charged after the work was completed. Positive experience.

Help more with moving furniture
The areas of the grout that was cleaned was inconsistent with what is advertised. There was significant dirt spots left over the entire area that was cleaned. My husband later went out and bought a product that remove the remainder of the dirt spots but we felt somewhat cheated for having to spend that much time re-cleaning the grout that was included in the price that we had already paid.
The carpet looks good for the most part but there were some areas at the entry ways were visible dirt was left behind. It is more visible now than before being cleaned.
We also were concerned about being charged correctly. Our stairs were billed as 2 rooms. Is that correct?

The gentleman was very helpful to me. With the all the rain, it took my floor two days to dry out. I have finally been able to start getting my house back together.
He also cleaned my tile in the front hallway, but the cost was too high to do any more tile areas. Next time, I will find someone else to clean the tile.

I liked receiving a call about 20 minutes prior to rep coming to my home. He listened as I had a couple of small concerns which I presented. He was careful to keep my entry way clean since it was raining outside. He cleaned completely all the way into the corners. This doesn’t always happen with some companies. My carpeting looks SO much better and smells great too. Very good experience overall.

Cleaning was not what I expected from a company I’ve been waiting months for to come clean. I’ve heard of you for years but saved for a few months to do this. It was fast and not efficient. A total waste of my very hard earned money as a single mom. I’m pretty disappointed.
