Justin was very professional and did a great job. He was even able to remove a bad coffee stain. The carpets were dry in about 7 hours, just like he said.

The service by our technician, Desmond, was very professional. He asked about problem areas and had me check after he was done. We have always been pleased with the outcome. Very easy to schedule appointments.
Jamal was very professional and respectful. The carpet is very clean. We were surprised.
1. No one responded to my initial email request.
2. My carpet still has an odor. Pet stains are gone but the odor remains.
I signed up for the $109 deal and my husband was charged $129 even though the invoice stated that the price was supposed to be $109. I texted a picture of the email with the deal and a picture of my invoice and asked for it to be corrected. Instead, I received a voicemail asking me to call back and talk with any associate. When I called to ask for my $20 credit, I was told that I scheduled my service during the promotion, but the promotion ended on September 30th and my carpet was cleaned on October 1st. My total bill was $270 and I was asking for a $20 credit for a promotion that I have participated in several times before, so I was not impressed with your customer service. I am happy with the carpet cleaning service and the gentlemen who came out to clean did a great job.

I was disappointed in the quality of the cleaning for the price that I paid, $413+. The high traffic areas are not as clean as I was hoping. They still look like high traffic areas. So no I would not recommend ZeroRez for that reason. However, I did like the pet treatment process (I know this is where a bulk of the charges came from) and the technician was awesome.
They were super courteous, thorough and did an amazing job! Could immediately see the difference!

Rep who cleaned the carpets was very nice.
On Saturday (10/6), I had an 8-10 a.m. appointment - service guy showed up on time but had equipment or truck difficulties and had to leave. Was advised by phone scheduler that it would be 11 a.m. until someone could come out, called at 11:40 advising no one had showed up yet then I was told it would be 1 p.m. Service guy arrived at 2 p.m. Zerorez should have a service back-up person on problems that arise.
I had a lot that needed to be done that afternoon which is why I scheduled the carpet cleaning service early. I was just given $30 off the price of my carpet cleaning, which considering the circumstances should have been half price of the bill.
I will not utilize Zerorez again nor will I recommend this carpet cleaning service. When problems arise of this nature, you should highly discount the carpet cleaning service bill, in my opinion.

The technician was friendly and did a great job!
1. provide correct information when New Customer calls to schedule the carpet cleaning.
did not receive the notification call that tech was on his way - he was shocked that I had not
received a call; as he was 30 minutes earlier than scheduled appointment.
was provided incorrect information regarding drying time 2 hrs .... but notified by tech 4 hrs
before furniture could be placed back on carpet. Do to this, could only have some of the
scheduled rooms cleaned and will have to schedule another carpet cleaning date(s) for the
remaining rooms; after getting furniture moved back into the cleaned rooms to make room
to move the remaining furniture from other rooms.
The tech, Randy Ruffin, handled the situation very well, stayed calm when I went off
when provided the correct details regarding the drying time and replacement of the furniture...
I will call to schedule the additional carpet cleaning date(s), once I have moved all of the furniture back into the rooms that were cleaned and see what I can get cleared out of the remaining rooms.... but want Randy Ruffin, same tech for the appointment(s).
We had the same service last year and it was $99. With the price increase, our bill was $149. With that significant price increase, I will most likely use another company going forward.
The Technician was professional and on-time. The process was explained as well as what solutions would be applied to the carpet and removed. Was the Tech or the product the real star?

I don't think the application was as thorough as it has been in the past. The spot treatment used to be better and I was always offered a protectant to be sprayed on after. That was not offered this time. I don't think my carpets got as clean as they did in previous visits. It's almost like the formula used has been changed?
