The kitchen tile cleaning exceeded my expectations! It looks brand new! The carpets look good also. The van unfortunately leaked two oily liquids on my driveway and I had to purchase a $16 product to clean them up.

The price ended up being WAY more expensive than I thought it would be. My crew wasn't very forthcoming about the cost and added a topical treatment that ended up doubling the cost of my cleaning. They never asked me if I wanted it but just went ahead and did it anyway. I have used you guys for 3 houses I have lived in over the past 8 years, but I think this will be the last time. I need to fins someone a little less expensive.

Just had my carpets cleaned. No chemical smell and carpets dried really quickly. Technician was able to remove a stubborn stain that I didn’t think would happen. I was prepared to use a rug to cover it up. This was my second time to use Zerorez and I’ll definitely use you again.

We have used Zerorez for the past few years and have always been very pleased with the result. We were beginning to think the carpet was beyond hope but after Saturday not so much. Our technician, Darwin H., did an excellent job keeping us informed on what was happening next and what to expect.

The stains in my carpet, although markedly improved, weren't removed to the standard I was expecting. I'd imagine a second treatment to address the same stains might improve these discolorations, however, where the worst stain was worked upon, albeit diligently, the carpet, after drying completely, has taken on a texture or characteristic of "crunchiness", whereas, the unaffected (untreated areas) remain soft to the touch and feel of my bare feet and hands. I'm hoping that this isn't an indication of damage to the carpet fibers in the treated areas, thus irreparable; necessitating removal and replacement of the carpet altogether. The technician, however, was very professional, friendly, expedient, knowledgeable and personable. We should all pause, reflect and take pride in the quality of individual that Zerorez has chosen to represent the company and services provided, as this reflects difectly upon the standard of service and quality you wish to convey to the public at large. As soon as the carpet dried the were dark, dirty shadows that reappeared. Extremely disappointed in the results. Would appreciate a phone to discuss the charges.
