Well I think we just had a tough carpet. The cleaner was SO nice and said that in order to get stains out he would have to do the deluxe cleaning. It was $240 and looked great when he was done. As soon as the carpet dried the stains were back. We just ended up having to replace the carpet so I just feel like it was a waste. Very sweet tech and cool company but did not work for us.

Overcharged us and we’re not willing to settle the misunderstanding . Very Poor customer service. They just lost a customer by not working with me and they did not listen what I tried to tell them. I will not refer them to anyone because of the way we were treated when I called in to settle an issue .

The rep tried to sell the "deep cleaning" treatment which is grossly overpriced. I did have some spots in the living room deep cleaned and once it dried the spots were still there. I'm very glad I did not agree to the $1,875 quote to deep clean the living room and 2 bedrooms. I think the $280 I paid to clean the 3 rooms was a waste and I will not use zerorez again.
Eric was a very competent and personable young man. He explained each step he would go through, what he felt we needed and what he felt we did not. When we agreed, he went about his business briskly and professionally, making several trips up into the attic (on a very hot day), and setting up an air purifier in our living room to be sure we breathed clean air while he worked. There was no smell in the air after he left, nothing left out of place, no dust or dampness. We are very satisfied with Zerorez and will recommend it to our friends. Zerorez was recommended to us by a friend who had used your services both in his home and at his place of employment. Your reputation grows by word of mouth!
Zerorex did a fantastic job of cleaning our carpets. There were some distinct traffic patterns in the hallway and one room and they are completely gone. Your tech did a thorough job of getting rid of spots and discoloration in several places. Tom was our tech. I will use you again!
Technician was on time, friendly and did a great job! Our carpets are very clean and without the use of harsh chemicals.
Technician dropped heavy vacuum handle he was using in kitchen (tile). My wife & I were sitting in family room (next to kitchen...open concept home) when we heard a loud crash. Technician apologized for loud noise but NEVER called us over to show us dent in wall and 2 foot scratch he had just created.
When he went out of the room, I inspected the kitchen, found the damage and took pictures.
I waited until the technician was done and presented my bill to see if he would tell me about the damage. HE DID NOT. I then showed him the damaged wall. He said, “Oh yea...sorry about that. I’ll report this & someone from the company will contact you to get it fixed.” I have not heard and left a message yesterday (October 5). I’ll give your company a few more days to contact me and fix my wall. If it’s not fixed, this review will go on social media outlets (google, nextdoor, Facebook, Angie’s, etc). Finally, your company was recommended by my parents next-door neighbor that has used you for many years. My parents are about to use your company to clean their entire house. I assure you, if my wall is not fixed properly, you will lose a long-term client and not get the chance to add my parents as a new client. Name removed Phone number removed

I have been a customer for many years. I understand that customers sometimes do not represent the size or number of rooms correctly. There are also stains that need more treatment to remove. However, this usually leads to conflict when the actual quote comes in after the service person arrives. Educating the customer over the phone at booking is crucial. I don't think sales deals like 3 rooms for $99 should be offered due to the variety of sizes of rooms and then conflict with arriving service person. It just sounds like cheap sales tactics. So the more upfront and honest you can be, the less friction you will have upon technician arrival.
Please store returning customer's data. Their house did not get bigger or smaller. Get a file system that maps the frequent customer's house, look at previous visits and offer discounts to returning customers. If I've spent $300 twice a year for years (example), then that extra spot clean up should be a bonus.
Finally, after really researching this topic online and looking at unbiased information about carpet cleaning, I do not think enough time is spent cleaning the carpet. Some technicians rush too quickly and I've paid the same $300 for 15 minutes or 50 minutes of work. It should really take an hour to properly clean my home. Anything that makes the customer or me question the integrity of the work done will result in loss of business.
