A preferred method for optimally cleaning carpets. Service people who are as personable and comfortable to be around as our own neighbors.

The technician was great. appreciated the updates as to when he would arrive at my home.
The carpet is fairly new - like 2 years old. It now has a "ripple" roll in places which weren't there before. Not nearly as impressed as I was the first time. The first rep explained his process and was very through - and the carpet that was very old looked great when he finished. He also moved around some of the "easy" furniture. This time none of that was done. I am hoping the ripple flattens as we walk on it.
It looks great and the young man who came out and cleaned was a gentleman.

Some koolaide stains didn’t come out but Paul and Chavez tried. They were to embedded from a long time. But that didn’t concern me.
Paul and Chavez provided the best service. They were very thorough on how the process works. And to see how the solution was extracting all that dirt from the carpet was interesting to watch.

It was easy to schedule my appointment. The technician showed up on time and the service was great! I will use Zerorez again
The appointment setter did not listen to me when I asked more than once to set the appointment later in the day that I had requested. When I called to confirm the day before the appointment, I found out the appointment was set for the wrong time. The appointment was changed last minute. It is frustrating to repeatedly ask for a certain appointment date and time only to be scheduled incorrectly. I am thankful it was changed last minute but would have been in a bind since I needed the service done but couldn't make it home until later. I had scheduled weeks in advance because that my only day off. The appointment needed to be right from the onset.
The technician was thorough, polite, and professional. We were extremely happy with the final results. Frankly, the technician is the reason we will most likely use your company again.

Our technician, Rick, was fast and thorough. He explained additional options that were available, but I never felt pressured to add more than what I wanted. When he finished, he dry mopped our wood floors to be sure that everything was in great condition. Our carpets look great!
My 14 year old carpets like look new. Jeff, the technician, was very informative, considerate and hard working. He explained the process and spent a lot of time working with me on the best way to address my carpets and tile. This was not the first time I have used Zerorez and will not be the last.
