My service technician arrived on time and was very courteous. He explained everything in detail and gave a demonstration. My carpets look so good. I am moving into an older house (38+ years) and the carpets were dirty and musty smelling. I now have fresh floors that look beautiful.

I have used Zerorez for many years and have been extremely happy with the service and outcome, however, this time I was not as happy and was surprised with the customer service I received when I called to let them know that the outcome was less than satisfactory. Without any further inquiry, she asked me when they could come back and do a "re-do" for me. No haggling, no questioning what or why I was not happy about, just when could they make this right. I was not available for a couple of weeks and they had no problem with that either. The second go-round was back to the standards I was used to from Zerorez and again am very pleased with how the carpets look. Thank you Zerorez for your willingness and ability to make it right!

Zerorez is probably the first floor cleaning company I've worked with in the DFW area that stuck with their special price without adding on a ton of extra fees. The person who set up the appointment was friendly, informative, and efficient.

Anthony did a fantastic job cleaning our house. Due to a last minute schedule change on our part, we weren't completely ready to have the floors cleaned- there was stuff in the floor of the kids' rooms, etc. He took care of it like it was no big deal at all. He did the same with a few random stubborn spots- it really seemed like he was happy to take the time to do the job well. He was professional and courteous. Honestly I could go on and on, but the point is that he made the experience very pleasant. I'd be happy to use Zerorez again any time.

It didn't really exceed any other company I have used before. Technicians were very nice, though.

We were very impressed with Jamal and the great job he did on our carpets. On time. No loafing or messing around. Very careful with our things and helpful in every way.

Better stain removal. The scheduler needs to ask clients if the love in a high rise so the tech can bring the Portable the first visit.

Help move the smallest of furniture like a box of children’s books.

Techs are very professional. They explain what they’re going to do and what additional options are available. I won’t use anyone else!

The guys (Fabien) did an outstanding job. Our tile floor an Marble counter tops look like new
and they are 15 years old.

Jamaal did a super job for us. He kept us informed as he moved from carpet to tile, both of which look like new. We are very satisfied with Zerorez and highly recommend them.

My carpet turned yellow after cleaning in June no other explanation for it something was in the treatment that turned it yellow I used you again to get it out & it didn’t come out I will now have to replace it

I don't like to be less than positive - my first experience was fantastic - the rep totally did an awesome job, he used a chemical to help lighten the stains in the high traffic area, so I was happy to use Zerorez a second time.

I only had the rep do the high traffic areas, to keep it at 600 ft - for the special, honestly, I can't even tell the carpets have been cleaned - super disappointed this time. Sorry.

I was aware my carpets were quite dirty in the high traffic areas of 2 rooms, The young man who came out offered to do a spot cleaning to see if they would come clean, I explained I expected more after the spot cleaning but to do the best he could.

He showed up telling me he was glad I was the last job of the day, he had a busy day and was very tired. He spent less than hour at my house cleaning my carpets and they looked terrible. I called another carpet cleaner spent less money and they look so much better. Sorry but I wasted $150 with your company, I definitely would not recommend it!!

Problem this time with the dispatcher changing my times for the 2 services I had scheduled 3-4 weeks in advance. I scheduled for the vents to be cleaned between 8-10 and the carpets to be cleaned between 10-12 on the same morning. The day before my appointment I was notified that the carpets would be done between 8-10 and the vents would be done between 3:30-5:30. I told the person that called me with this information that those times were not what I scheduled. She put me on hold to speak with the dispatcher...came back on the phone and told me the dispatcher would not change my appointment times - that the only thing I could do would be to cancel my appointments and re-schedule for a later date. Really???? And have the same thing done to me again? When the vent technician arrived and found my carpets already cleaned he called the company to tell them they would have to come back to clean the carpets again - free of charge - as cleaning the vents would mess up the clean carpets. Carpet technician returned as soon as the vents were cleaned.

The service technician was very professional and pleasant. He came in and got right to the task of taking care of our carpets and tile bathroom floors.

We had moved practically everything possible to our hardwood floored rooms, and he was very appreciative of our making things open and easy to clean. Still, he readily offered to move some heavier items aside so he could clean under them, too.

Carpet cleaning - Didn't do a good job, especially around the edges of the rooms.

Duct cleaning - Zerorez called to cancel the appointment an hour into the arrival window on the day of cleaning.

I like Zero Rez type of cleaning. There is never residue like there is with other carpet company techniques.

Zero Rez makes it easy to schedule, and they let you know when they will be arriving. All correspondence is polite from the phone notifications to the technicians that do the work.

Professional and knowledgeable service technicians who communicate clearly. Product does not leave chemicals on carpet that draw dirt, so carpet looks good long after cleaning.

The tech was very knowledgeable, and he was very professional and courteous. He did a very good job. He removed spots that my previous carpet cleaning company couldn’t remove after coming out twice.

I have been jearing about Zerorez for years. I decided to give them a try, and I was not disappointed. My original appointment was for 1 to 3 p.m. . I received a phone call about 10:30 a.m. saying that the technician would be early. He showed up about 30 minutes later. He gave me an assessment, and explain what their procedure was. Needless to say my wife and I are very, very satisfied. Carpet looks and feels great. Thank you so rest. You have a customer for life. My only disappointment is that in the ad I should have receive 100 square feet of tile cleaned for free. When I asked the technician he said it was not included

The crew was great, on time , very professional. I do have some dark spots in some of the grout, is it possible they can come back and spot clean them?
