Excellent customer service!
We paid over 600 and 400 of that was for pet treatment (5 gallons) in a super tiny room. When it dried, it looked like it had rust marks on it. This hasn't happened before with other technicians sent out here. Super disappointed. I wasn't here, but my husband was and I normally talk to the technicians myselves and have never had issues before with Zero Rez.

Everything was great. I just said the likelihood is a five because I don’t have any friends that need their carpets claimed. Most of my friends are in senior living facilities. Sorry if that upset you.
The service was good. The young man was very professional and explained things as he went along. He was also polite and very much knowledgeable about the product. But after the floor dried, I still see dark spots on the carpet. Maybe if he use some type of shampoo it would removed the rest of the dark spots. I will used you'll again but hoping for better results and would like the same young man to come back. Thanks again for your service. Ms. Last name removed

Steve was my tech for today; he was on time, very courteous and professional explaining what he would be doing. He looked at all the rooms that were to be addressed before he started.
I like the product used because they don't leave a cleaning odor like citrus, etc. Steve explained the special treatment he would do on one of the rooms to extract residue from previous cleanings. I am so glad I found this company. This was my second time to have service provided Zerorez and will be a returning customer.
