The scheduling process was easy. Our technician was professional and friendly. Our carpets look and smell clean even being over 30 years old.

The tech did not use any protection for the walls. Normally they put corner protectors and there is a lot of damage to paint and sheetrock on several corners where the lines rubbed. There's also a pet stain that I don't feel like he treated fully even though it was one of the main reasons to have you come out. I'm going to have to repair and repaint my walls. Happy to send photos. That's a lot of money for a not great job and to damage my house. Name removed

It only seems to be the best carpet cleaning… Compared to the regular Stanley steamer type companies. I give my guys 10+ stars today. Only one complaint my screen door hydraulic closer thingy. There's a button on the top that when you open the screen door, you just reached out with your foot and push it to lock the door open… And when you want to release it, you just push on the screen door to open a little bit and it releases it so it can close. The little button that covers the mechanism, was sitting on the front porch chair. The silver mechanism thats under that, was bent up. If I didn't have a special-needs brother that lives there, that we really need that door to stay open when we push his wheelchair in and out… I would not complain. But it's a huge necessity trying to get in and out of that door with a wheelchair, to have that door stay open. Really bummed that they broke it, and didn't just mention it to me when they were leaving. I looked up the replacement thing and I think I can get it for 30 bucks.

A clean carpet!

I felt like you did a "bait and switch." When I initially called to get an estimate, one of the items I listed was an area rug. The rep asked me its size, and I guessed 8x10. He never asked me if it was wool or synthetic. Yet when technicians arrived and looked at it, they said it was wool and therefore cost more; the good news was that it was smaller than I had guessed, so the difference was only $15.
However, when they walked around with their "special flashlights" that detected places where there had been pet "accidents" or vomiting, they identified 8 in the upstairs rooms and 6 downstairs, they said. Even though I had been completely unaware of any accidents, nor had I been asked about such by the phone rep,. They further said that the water from their cleaning process would go all the way to the pad, get it wet, and it would then smell. The only way to avoid that was a special treatment of either $80 or $70 per room to counteract the odor. If they didn't take care of it now, and it became a problem, I'd have to pay for another trip and cleaning to take care of it.
I felt very much caught in the middle of a situation where there was no good solution. So I ended up paying $242 more than the estimate had been, between the 3 rooms at $70 each + the additional rug charge. How to make it right? REFUND my $242 that I was not expecting.

The tipping situation has gotten out of hand. You rely on tips to fairly compensate your employees, I assume … I’m fine tipping maybe $20-30 but the options presented can add $100 and more to the total, and people feel pressured to do it. It’s a significant hidden charge at this point. I liked the service I received, but it’s starting to not make sense to get my rugs cleaned and to instead just buy a new rug.
