I like the way my carpets feel when they dry. They are soft and your feet just sink into them unlike when they are cleaned with a soap it leaves a residue.

Brian was very professional and honest. I wanted my vinyl plank floors cleaned and he informed me due to the wax added to my floors he could not clean them. He did a great job on the carpet, and I would highly recommend this service.
I was disappointed that my Vinyl plank flooring could not be cleaned. This was a bigger issue for me versus the carpet. I did tell the sales agent that I had vinyl plank flooring when I made the appointment and no concerns were raised at that time. Do you not do vinyl plank flooring?
