Great customer service. Was notified by Josh that he would be at my house at the back end of the the window time. Arrived and took care of business immediately and thoroughly. No rush job even though he was running late. Very satisfied and will definitely use again. Good results in the dirty traffic areas.

Technician kept in contact with me regarding arrival time. He did a great job. My carpets are clean and fresh smelling . He was able to get stains out of my barstools that I thought would not come out. I called 2 other cleaners prior to Zerorez and neither answered and returned my call. I have already told 2 others about them. Will definitely have them back .
