I thought the technician who came to my house was excellent. He was able to get out several stains that I have not been able to get removed before and he offered to clean an additional room because I did not have a hallway which was included in my offer.

We liked that the products are pet safe, scheduling is convenient and self serve online. The provider made me aware of the timeframe to expect them so i could plan my day accordingly and service was prompt and friendly
The service gentleman was so sweet and polite. The stains came out, but unfortunately so did the pet smell. I thought the pet treatment would help but made it worse. The coupon in the weekly fliers don’t save you money. It is just the price. Very misleading. Overall my experience with Zerorez was excellent.
