My carpet looks great. Everything went smooth from booking the appointment to the technician arriving at the time promised. Our technician Luc (I think that was his name) was awesome. He did a very thorough cleaning job.. He moved the pieces of furniture that he could and put cups underneath them so the carpet would dry. The carpet was dry by evening. I would definitely hire Zerorez again to clean my carpets!

Wonderful customer service and great product quality… My carpets looked brand new and the process took less than 30 minutes for two staircases and a large open area. I will be using Zerorez again in the future.

When booking the carpet cleaning, the individual I spoke with was understand and worked with me on the price. Easy to schedule. Do a good job

I was able to book an appointment the next day after one of our dogs threw up multiple times on our carpet. Was so thankful to have our carpet sanitized before our grandkids came over. Grey came and did a wonderful job. Stains removed and after opening the doors to let air flow through the house the carpet was dry in a few hours. Highly recommend this company

Rollie, your serviceman, was a perfect example of what one should be.
On time, courteous, professional, always asking us if we had any questions...and when we did have questions, he answered them promptly and satisfied us with his answers.
He had a very good work ethic...no wasted time from getting the equipment out of his service truck and into our house. He went right to work going through all of the steps required to complete the job...and right on his estimated time it would take.

By the way...the carpet looks as if new.
