Our Technician, Jason, was on time. He did a walkthrough of the areas that needed to be cleaned. Then, he provided a thorough explanation of the services offered and answered my questions.
He used corner wall protectors to eliminate potential damage to our walls. He kept the lines of communication open and asked me to do a walkthrough after he completed to work. To my surprise, he was able to remove some stains that I didn't expect him to be able to. The price quote was accurate. Our carpets look amazing and the house smells nice and fresh again. We plan to use Zerorez for our duct cleaning and future carpet cleanings.

However, my husband talked to you and you did not hesitate in rescheduling to come back to our home this weekend. Our tech was very professional. Explained what needed to be done and went over the treatment process. Friendly and took time to do everything to the highest standard. The carpet looked great and he even got out some tougher spots. I was curious and asked what each machine did/the process. He was happy to explain. Great experience!
