No chemicals in the cleaning process

We like that no soap or harsh chemicals are used. We get refills of the water and use that on any number of things. We do wish that not so much water was used on the carpets. It's been over 24 hours and they are still damp in some areas. Or perhaps the technician should spend more time extracting the water.

The person who cleaned the carpet was super nice and did a wonderful job.

I appreciated that Austin called me when he was 25 to 30 minutes out! Super helped me know what time to be at the house that I had purchased, that he was going to be cleaning carpets at.
