Ramon was a very nice young man and very professional. I had several doggy potty spots & he took care of them. I also had some spots that just showed up. Not sure what it was. Ramon worked hard on them and they are gone now too. My carpet looks and feels so much better!

The last company I had in here (who if they would have done a good job would have had the opportunity to win our 4 times a year repeat service) told me they charged “extra to clean the fronts of our stair steps, but would throw it in this time”—ridiculous!
I waited several years for Zerorez to service my area (we are an hour south of the main Seattle service area) and when I found out you came this far south, I was all in because we do not like chemicals in our home.
