The service men were polite, hard-working, and communicated what they were going to do. We had our duct work cleaned one day by two men, and our carpets cleaned a different day by one man. In both cases, I was contacted when they'd arrive and when they were done they gave me pertinent information. I will definately use Zerorez again.
