Carpets are always clean, but you do a very good job answering questions and explaining everything. We do not feel at all rushed or unheard. Josh, our technician, was really fantastic, maybe the best we've had.
The boat cuddy cushions turned out so beautiful! I attempted to clean them on my own and could not get the water stains out along with other dirty spots. Duane, the supervisor, was so wonderful to work with. He reassured me they would be able to clean them. I was so impressed by him and his staff!
