Client Testimonials
The ease of scheduling and the professional representation that does the work.

Removed a stain that I didn't think would come out
The crew at ZeroRez are courteous, professional and do a thorough job. We have had them do our carpets and also upholstery cleaning. Definitely appreciate their work
Friendly and respectful
The technician who came out was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did a great job.
They were punctual and got everything done in half the time I was originally quoted. They also cleaned an extra room for me at no extra charge
I was amazed how clean the grout on my tile was when she was thru. Also the carpets looked like new, though 15 years old. Had the service done just prior to moving. I believe this will help our house sell!!!
John and Elena were great professional. They communicated well and did a great job with cleaning my carpet. They made my life easier. I would recommend them ( ZERORES) greatly. They made me smile.
We have used Zerorez for 10 years and still have original carpet upstairs from a home built in 2005. Other than our pets the carpets have looked nice and stayed clean.
I know your cleaning method is great, but what makes it even better is the young man who did the job. He was very respectful, nice, clean cut ( no weird piercings or weird hair) great attitude and personality. Give him a raise! thanks Name removed
They were quick and thorough and easy to work with!
tech was very friendly and helpful
It's easy to make appointments, the techs are friendly and knowledgeable. They work quickly and are conscientious of the space.
My early morning carpet cleaning was cancelled the morning of the cleaning due to illness of the cleaning crew . I was given a call and was informed it would have to be delayed by a day. I was offered a generous discount for the inconvenience, this was something I did not request, but was offered by the company. The gentleman that provided the cleaning service was very courteous and did an excellent job on my living room carpet and stairs. This carpet is 20 years old and was in terrible shape. It has been cleaned many times over the years, but never like this cleaning. Never thought it could look as good as it does today. It hasn't looked this good since it was installed. The local owner surely takes pride in the Zerorez name, and appreciates his customers. Will never use a different service for this type of work in the future. If there was a rating of 1 to 10, I'd give them a 20.
Polite, easy to work with, easy to schedule with, arrived when they said they would, we finalized exactly what they would do when they arrived, and they did a great job on the whole project, (area rugs, carpets, four chairs) that was quoted. l I would highly recommend this business!
Pleasant person came to the house. The carpets dried quickly. He was able to remove some spots that baffled me.
Service is great. Thank you.
Tile cleaning and sealing was effective
I really like the fact that you don’t use any harsh chemicals. I also was incredibly impressed with your technician Michelle Valentine. She was very professional and did a fantastic job on our carpets. I will continue to use you and will refer your company to all my friends and neighbors. I also will recommend Michelle. A big thank you goes out to her.
The Tech was patient with me as I pointed out spots that might need more attention!
