I'm work in Southern California and was trying to coordinate carpet cleaning for one of our tenants located in Las Vegas. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to reach them about their scheduled cleaning. Because of Reggie's willingness to go above and beyond, we were able to meet our deadline for getting the carpet cleaned. I greatly appreciated his assistance to get the job done!
