My carpets and sofa look great after cleaning. The technician (Ziah) explained everything and did a great job. I was a bit hesitant about having the sofa cleaned since the pre-treatment product had a scent to it. The scent was fairly strong throughout the downstairs as the sofa was being cleaned, but it dissipated by the time he was finished with cleaning he carpets. I am so thankful there was no leftover scent on the sofa as it dried.
