Robert was our service technician and he is a miracle worker!!! Our carpet had some pretty good pet stains and he made them disappear and spent some time to ensure they were truly gone even down to the padding! My carpet looks great!! Our tech was great. Very informative and friendly. The only reason this is a 9 instead of a 10 is there is SO much liquid still on our carpet. It's been 26 hours already and we are no where near getting to the point we could put our furniture back
