Guys were awesome thoughtful very careful and did a great job. Truck broke down near end of job made arrangements for 2nd truck to come out stayed till 9 pm to get job done. Thought white carpet was lose but they saved the 2stair cases and great room sorely abused as Airbnb! Highly recommend!

The service tech was knowledgeable and very thorough. They did an excellent job on my carpets and tile. I also had the ducts cleaned as well and highly recommend that as well. The dryer vent was half clogged and they were able to get out all the lint.

Tech was most professional, efficient and was able to address concerns in a clear and concise manner. Carpet, through worn, looked refreshed and clean. Cleaning began at 12:20, and by early evening was able to begin replacing some pieces of furniture. By next morning carpet was thoroughly dry.

I love to walk barefooted on my carpet. When I walk into the room, it’s so fresh and clean. I had to get my Nissan juke Carpet Clean. And Diamond , my technician was so personable and professional! I enjoyed having him in my home!

Zack cleaned our ceiling vents and ducks along with our dryer vent that was our first appointment he suggested lifetime filters that we bought and he installed. I was having a lot of allergy problems ie itchy eye and lots of sneezing and upper respiratory problems. Wow!!! What a difference!! No itchy eyes or sneezing!!!! The air is fresh and clean! Our next appointment was to get our carpet and tile/grout cleaned OMG!!! After 15 years we knew the grout needed cleaning and resealed but wow! It’s literally back to what it looked like when we moved in brand new 15 years ago! Thank you Zack your attention to every detail makes you the best of the best. I love Zerorez! They are a total package!

Our carpet had traffic and wear patterns we thought would not be possible to get out. Other companies tried and failed. However Zerorez got them out and clean. Our carpet is about 12 years old and it hasn’t looked this good since the day it was installed. Plus it took less time to dry than other competitors and did not have that crunchy feel from product being left in.
