How well they keep you informed about what they are doing
The way that you guys clean carpets is above and beyond, and obviously leaves no residue. The two gentlemen that did the cleaning were top-notch and would use them again. ZeroRez is the best carpet cleaners I have ever used! They truly get the carpet looking like new and their process leaves no sticky soapy residue like almost all the other carpet cleaners.
