Zerorez came out and cleaned my dryer vent two days ago. They did an incredible job. I can’t believe how much lint came out of my vent. They were in and out in about 20 minutes.

Once the carpet dried completely I used my Dyson and did not find any cat hair or lingering dirt. The price was right and I’ll be back soon!

The response time from order to completion, how quickly everything dries, the overall customer service. Our technician (whose name I believe was Patrick), was very professional and explained what he would be doing and why. We had two rugs and two chairs cleaned this time around.

Zerorez does a great job of cleaning our area rugs. The staff that picks up and drops off rugs are very professional. While this is costly it is worth it.
