It was extremely easy to schedule an appointment with zerorez soon after I contacted them. The technician called 30 minutes in advance of his arrival which I really liked. The technicians respected my home and they were very careful with the walls, furniture and floors. They put on booties when they entered my home. I had a wool carpet, wool hall runner, the carpeting in the bedroom and walk in closet and four fabric bar stools cleaned. The technicians did an amazing job. The carpets and bar stools looked like new. AND the price was reasonable. I highly recommend zeroed. This was the second time i had them clean carpets and I would hire them again.
