Our cute 15-lb. terrier mix regurgitated fertilizer on the living room carpet (and a bedspread). It was the nastiest, unholy, overpowering mess that ever came out of a dog. Home remedies didn't work. Called Zerorez. Nathaniel was on-time and a true professional. Now the stain and smell is barely noticeable up close, but what I especially liked was Nathaniel's great service. He pointed out and apologized for what he thought were flaws or stains in the carpet that could not be treated, and that my wife and I thought were minor blemishes. Meanwhile, the bedspread needed two cycles at the laundromat with stain remover and Tide detergent before it could be used again.
