The tech who clean the carpert are great, however the customer service people that schedule the service are costing you money.
Service is great beginning with scheduling until completion of job. Staff in office and tech on sight are always pleasant, respectful, knowlegeable and extremely professional to work with. The actual cleaning is best we have ever had as they take the time to complete the work properly and with care. Been using them for years and would not change.

A note concerning the bacteria fighting additive after the air duct cleaning and before the carpet cleaning, and the protectant after the carpet cleaning...If you have lung issues or are sensitive to fragrances, these may cause sensitivities for the first 48 hours. I have both and even though they are citrus and essential oils based, they affected me until they were totally dry.
Tim made our 20+ year-old area rugs look like new. So happy with the job he did.

Zerorez offers a cleaning service unlike any other with the use of ultra pure and ph balanced water sprayed on at extremely high temperatures and bacteria free to withdraw the dirt in the carpet without adding soap of any kind. Antonio showed me how unique Zerorez water is when pouring iodine into tap water and pure Zerorez water. Tap water just diluted the iodine, but Zerorez eliminated it, which is how it cleans so effectively. He offered me the option to purchase a jug of it to use on everything, and I started by spraying my grout, and lightly brushing the dirt free with ease, better than anything I had used before. It also cleaned up mineral buildup from my hard water stain on the stainless steel frig., cleans glass without streaks, and I am just exploring its many uses. The company hires men that love and believe in the value of Zerorez and it is a pleasure to have them do the service. I highly recommend, and love the result of freshly cleaned carpets that dry more quickly and stay looking nice thereafter!
