Jeff was fantastic! He did such a great job on our carpets, they look great. So we had him come back to do our white couch, which looks almost new again. Firstly, the promptness of arrival is unusual. Next, the friendly, professional, informative technician is so reassuring. The options presented were easy to understand and any extra costs involved were clearly explained as CHOICES. The cleaning is superior to anything else you may have had. We have had lots of cleaning over the decades; and ZeroRez is better than anything.
We were so impressed that we bought a year contract and have been very happy to do that.
