The quality of the cleaning water used on the carpets, plus the short drying time.

Wet clean and nontoxic chemical used. Great job and work completed quickly.

Technician was knowledgeable, patient, and explained the service and how our AC works. We don't appreciate the upcharge after the fact. The expenses for extra costs should have been mentioned up front.

My allergies became out of control with the amount of dust in the h/ac vents system. This year because of an injury and staying at home more, I was using the heat a great deal more. I usually only have it turned on for 1-2 hours to warm the house & up to 70 degrees F.
However, this was enough time of running the operation to be miserable with the "sneezes".
Out of desperation I called ZeroRez and asked them to send technicians to clean the venting system. This had been done once many years ago by ZeroRez.
The company has a very special VACUUM that basically inhales the dust out of the vents & system. Also, this time they said that if the coils & heaters were cleaned It would improve the situation additionally. I agreed to the latter which is costly.
HOWEVER, now I am very happy with no sneezes when turning on the heat for the short time.
Also, they changed all of the filters in the in-takes which has been difficult for me to do.

The men who came were amazing and efficient. They were polite and considerate in every way possible and/or imaginable. THANKYOU so very much, ZERO-REZ !! I love your company and have only had you take care of carpet cleaning for many years. I also appreciate your grout steam cleaning & sealing :) :) :)
