My initial contact with the person following up on my appointment was very pleasant. They answered my questions, assured me the tech coming to do the work would be able to provide additional information for our needs and indeed he did! Keeping us informed of our scheduling with us was very helpful.

We had a great experience! They were very professional and efficient in cleaning our vents. For our carpet cleaning, the person came over and explained that our carpets were not suitable for a cleaning. I really appreciated his honesty and that he didn't waste our time or money with trying to clean it if we weren't going to have the results we wanted.
