Overall we are happy with the results of the work that was done on April 21.
However, some areas show streaks where the vacuum went. The area looks like sun rays and we are not happy with the way it looks. Also, there were some spots or stains that we thought could have come out.

Carpets are not soaking wet when cleaning is done. It only took 4 to 5 hours to be completely dry. I love how Zerorez makes my carpets feel….very soft and super clean feeling when walking on them.
