Great quality work
The technician called 15 minutes before his arrival. He was kind, pleasant, informative, and so generous. He went above and beyond by hitting the inner walkways of my office space and I couldn't be more thankful! We just purchased our first home and paid for carpet cleaning shortly after. HUGE waste of money. My dad told me to call Zerorez. They came in and lifted the crap left behind from the "cleaning" 2 months ago and the spots that previous company couldn't lift.

I have been using Zerorez for approximately 15 years. Would never use any other company. They don’t disappoint.
I have used zerorez in the past for carpet cleaning and when it was done the carpet looked brand new ! This time i had zerorez clean my HVAC ductwork and the crew was polite, understanding and expalined everything in detail. I will be using zerorez in the near future of spring 2025 to get my carpets cleaned again, might not look new but "like new"? I only say that because the carpet is about 16yrs old and there is only so much a good carpet cleaning can do for older carpet thats being honest. but zerorez now has proven to myself two times they mean what they say and say what they mean and stand by it ! I will be using zerorez for my carpet and furnace duct cleaning needs in the future. Thank You Zerorez !
