l have 2500 ft.² of cream colored carpet. It stays cleaner since I have been using Zeroez to clean my carpet than it did previously with other cleaning companies. I believe it’s because of their process. The dirt does not stick to soap or other cleaners used to clean the carpet. I definitely have found that their carpet protector does protect against spots and worth the extra expense.

Zeroez’ prices are reasonable. I also have to give recognition to Maurice. Of the individuals who have come out over the course of the last several years, he has come twice and he gets spots out and that others couldn’t and is extremely conscientious and thorough.

The service technician was wonderful. I called because I had a dye stain on my carpet. He tried very hard to totally eliminate it but it remains a light pink. He was so very apologetic that some still remained. He did an excellent job on the traffic pattern.
