Great Job! Alex is a great technician and valuable asset!

The service tech was professional and did a great job of cleaning the carpet. Highly recommend zerorez.

On time. Reviewed ordered services. Got right to work and did an excellent job. Carpet came out clean and all smells and stains came out. Considering Zero Rez for tile and car also. The young man, sorry, can't recall his name was friendly, knowledgeable and a hard worker.

Everything went very well from scheduling the appointment to completion of the service. I think the technician's name was Taylor. He called prior to his arrival, showed up during the scheduled time and did a fantastic job. He was very cordial and knowledgeable about the service he there to provide. I will definitely use Zerorez for all future cleanings.

Very knowledgeable about his work & very personable.!

Leaves no residue. Feels clean without stiffness.

Matt, the technician, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I’m a fan or Zerorez because chemicals aren’t used and left on my rugs. This time I wanted to ensure that the carpets would dry quickly with rain in the forecast. And in fact my sparking clean carpet was dry before the day was over and windows shut before the rain arrived.

Very friendly and helpful.

Zerorez is always efficient and professional.
I don’t like to use chemicals in my home which is another reason I use Zerorez

Extremely kind And helpful service! Nathan was awesome! I wasn't there for the carpet cleaning and I can't remember that guy's names that came but my mom was very comfortable and pleased with them.
She said they were so kind. All the cleaning that was done was great between the carpets, fence and dryer vent, which gets clothes dry in half the time now! I'm next!
