The contact from the office (scheduling) to the completion of services were terrific. The technician, Michael, was courteous, patient, knowledgeable, polite, thorough and careful of my home. Even though my carpet is 22 years old and this is the first time I've had it "PROFESSIONALLY" cleaned, Zerorez made it appear as clean and as new looking as I could have asked for. I raised my son on this carpet for 22 years and I have 3 indoor cats who like to use the carpet as a "scratching post" at times. I also have "beige" colored carpet throughout my home. I would recommend their services time and time again. I also got the pet protective product on my carpet since my cats get hairballs and throw up every now and then. It was $65 per room, but I felt this was worth it just to save what little life my carpet still has.
Zerorez does a great job everytime. They are trustworthy and I feel like everything is cleaner after they touch it.

The technician did a really nice job cleaning our carpet. He was friendly and even gave us a little extra cleaning. He was on time and went right to work. We always get a great job from Zerorez!

We have used Zerorez in the past, but this was our first truly wonderful experience. Kai was heads above any other technician. H took the time to observe the troubled spots on my carpet and gave us details of his approach to eradicate the stains. He also tested the carpet to ascertain its composition as that helps him to clean it more throughly. Then finally, this is the first time that my carpet dried in a timely manner. They always say it will dry in about four to five hours and yet it's always still wet the next day. Not this time! Even though the weather was mild my carpet dried in the four hours time frame.
I am a totally satisfied customer.
