Zerorez was hired to clean the bathroom at the the house. They did such a great job we decided to clean the kitchen floor too!!!! It all looks like a new tile job! The tech even was able to remove the iron in the shower wall! Thrilled with the quality anc of the visit!

The cleaning process seems to always work wonders on my carpets but this time the service was bad. I scheduled my time between 12p-3p the agent called me at 10a and asked if he could come early, I inquired how early and he stated he was 15 min away. When I told him coming early was not possible he was actually "put off"...you could tell by the tone of his voice. He stated he could help move furniture when I explained furniture was not the issue he still pressured me into coming early. I told him I would just cancel and reschedule with a Zerorez when their is an agent who could accommodate my time. Oh now his attitude changes....lol. Just to get him in and out of my house I accommodated him and told him he could arrive at 11:30a. I don't even remember his name because of his crappy customer service. No smile, no hi how are ya. I showed him the rooms and asked him to start at one end of the house but NOOOOO; he insisted on starting in my dtr's room.at the other end of the house...she was still picking up and vaccuming....he went in and started spraying while she was trying to vaccum. BTW, he didn't have to raise a finger to move any furniture!!! I love Zerorez but the guy who came to my house definitely does not like his job. When he was done and payment made he stated upon leaving, "There is a short survey; don't forget to give me a good review". I about spit my coffee out.

Was very impressed with Ron and Ben. They did an outstanding job and got out a stain that I thought was in for good. They were very kind and professional and I will be sure to ask for Ron the next time I need someone. I highly recommend your company to anyone needing their carpets shampooed. I get mine done every year and it really makes a difference.
